Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
A Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in our Luxury Medspa serves as a direct clinical provider, delivering personalized, high-quality wellness and aesthetic care with expertise and precision. FNPs manage patient evaluations, guide individuals through Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Medical Weight Loss programs, and overall wellness plans, while ensuring clear communication and patient understanding throughout their treatment journey.
They ensure smooth daily operations by performing IV therapy, assisting with select aesthetic procedures, documenting clinical findings, coordinating follow-up care, and supporting patients with treatment-related questions or concerns. This role promotes exceptional outcomes, client satisfaction, and evidence-based practice within a modern, luxury wellness environment.
Skills & Competencies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current and valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license.
- Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in a medspa, wellness, or aesthetic care setting.
- Strong understanding of hormone therapy, weight loss protocols, and wellness medicine.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
Skills Required

Family Nurse Practitioner
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and create individualized treatment and wellness plans for patients.
- Manage and oversee patients in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and Medical Weight Loss programs.
- Perform and oversee IV vitamin therapy, hydration therapy, and intramuscular injections.
- Provide preventive and wellness-focused care to enhance patients’ long-term health and vitality.
- Educate patients about treatment options, procedures, and post-care recommendations.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely patient records.
- Ensure adherence to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and medical regulations.
- Collaborate with the medical director and spa team to ensure a seamless and exceptional patient experience.
