PAs perform patient assessments, assist with advanced skincare and aesthetic procedures, guide clients through personalized treatment plans, and address questions related to therapies, results, or post-treatment care while maintaining seamless communication with the clinical team.
They ensure smooth daily operations through accurate documentation, treatment coordination, patient follow-up, and workflow support, helping the practice deliver consistent, high-quality experiences. Qualifications & Requirements
- Active and valid Florida Physician Assistant License.
- Experience managing HRT and weight loss programs (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical, aesthetic, or medical spa setting.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional patient care in a professional, compassionate manner.

Physician Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the Medical Weight Loss and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) programs.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations, evaluate patient conditions, and develop customized treatment plans.
- Confidently and empathetically communicate treatment benefits and potential risks to patients.
- Build strong, lasting patient relationships through consistent follow-ups and care continuity.
- Educate clients about pre- and post-treatment procedures to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation before and after each treatment.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate, detailed medical records.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to enhance patient outcomes.
